TICKET EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable unless you are an ATS Member.

Our theatre is wheelchair accessible with disabled toilet facilities.
We have two car parking spaces which are reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements. These spaces can be reserved by contacting us in advance of your visit.
Guide dogs are permitted in the building.
We aim to make your visit as enjoyable as possible so please contact the Above The Stag Box Office if you have any access requirements.
Local ATMs are located within Vauxhall rail station and at Tesco Metro St. George Wharf.
BAR & DRINKS
Our bar is open before and after performances as well as during intervals.
You may pre-order your interval drinks prior to the performance.
The theatre bar and box office open one hour prior to performances.
You may take drinks into the theatre.
We are a licensed premises and therefore require that beverages bought elsewhere must not be consumed at Above The Stag Theatre.
The use of mobile phones, cameras, iPads, tablets, camcorders, recording devices and selfie sticks is prohibited within the theatre.
They may be used in the bar area.
The theatre has limited car parking spaces, however nearby pay-and-display parking is available.
Above The Stag Theatre does not offer concessions. However, during the first week of any show tickets are discounted to £12.
A range of crisps and nuts are available at our bar.
We do not offer meals, however our friends at COUNTER Vauxhall Arches serve a range of New York-American/French cuisine, 7am – late.
Booking online: payments are securely processed by PayPal.
Bar: we accept cash and all major credit/debit cards (with the exception of American Express).
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All seating is unreserved, however we are able to reserve seats for patrons with accessibility requirements.
TICKETS & LOST EMAILS
If you have lost your confirmation email, please bring valid ID/payment receipt, as your name will be on the box office list.
